GeekyBooks (“we”, “us” and “our”) takes the private nature of your personal information seriously. This policy regarding our privacy practices (the “Policy”) describes how we treat the information we collect when you use our website (the “Site”), apps, products, services and content (including the Site, collectively, the “Services”).
- Account information: name, email address, company name, role and login details.
- Workspace data: bills, invoices, bank and card transactions, documents, time entries and other records you add or connect.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location based on IP address, pages and features accessed, timestamps, referring website, log data and authentication and security events, which help us keep the Service secure and working well.
- Payment information: when you purchase the Services, payments are processed by third-party payment processors. GeekyBooks does not need to store complete payment-card numbers, as these are handled by the payment processor.
- Communications: messages you send us, such as demo requests or support questions.
How we use information
- to provide, maintain and improve the Service;
- to power features you choose to use, including AI agents and smart document capture;

GeekyBooks is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete it.
